Fleet engagement
1. In case friendlies bailed from plex, and only one target came that you could kill - DO NOT ENGAGE, because he have back-up and he is being cautious.
2. When fighing with fleet mates in your favor against multiple target, NEVER come close at first. You are primaried. STAY at range. Unless have logi support.
3.After the fight, DO NOT rewarp at range from the cluster, from which enemies can warp in. You WILL get decloaked and killed. Use a different one, or a tactical bookmark.
4. After engagement, pull range from closest target (>2km) and CLOAK. Be ALIGNED.
5. When baiting, DO NOT DECLOAK, until bait tackles enemy. ALWAYS tell fleetmate when he can burn if needed.
Solo engagement
1. Do not engage people on station. NEVER EVER.
2. Once engaged and killed your prey,in case he called for back-up and decide to come back - DO NOT ENGAGE. They will be fitted to counter you.
3. DO NOT engage multiple projectile/missile users.
4. NEVER warp to plex at 0 if there are ANY possible hostile in space. Always warp to 20km.
5. NEVER fight 0 on the gate or close by. Minimum distance - 80-100km.
6. When engaging a target, pres D-Scan every 2 seconds. Range of D-Scan should be around 214748364 Km. So that you would have time to bail if anyone is coming.
7. DO NOT ENAGAGE missile boats,unless you can tackle them at 0 and bail if needed.
8. In case of fighting multiple SMALL targets: TACKLE kiters first or force them off field and then deal with close range ships.
9. After tackling/neuting target, KILL ECM DRONES ASAP.
10. ONLY engage if you WILL WIN or you are 100% sure you could bail if needed.
11. Statistically, your best range is 7km (T2 fit), or 10KM (faction fit). - effect of TD optimal range on projectile users.
12. DO NOT ENGAGE Vagabonds EVER. You can not kill them.
13. ALWAYS carry a set of Hornet-ECM 300. USE THEM IF YOU BEING TACKLED from range.
14. Tell people that your'e going out. Let them know where you are in case of assistance.
